Reciprocal
Cabin Seat agreements provide active US Airways flight
attendants and flight attendants at participating carriers
access to empty passenger seats on a space-available basis.

Note: US
Airways Express carriers or other regional carriers (e.g.
Delta Connection) or code share partners are excluded from
this agreement unless they have their own agreements in
place. |

US Airways Dress Code |
|
Wearing a uniform is permitted; however, it’s
discouraged due to the possible customer perception that you
are a working crewmember. If wearing a uniform, it must be
in full compliance with established uniform guidelines. If
not wearing a uniform, dress code for jumpseat travel is the
same as US Airways First Class/Envoy Class non-revenue

| General Guidelines
|
|
Outlined below are general
guidelines for the US Airways’ flight attendant
reciprocal cabin seat program. Please note that specific
requirements and procedures vary by individual carrier.
See the individual carrier information for complete
details on that carrier’s requirements and procedures.

| Eligibility
|
|
All current and active US Airways
flight attendants are eligible. Flight attendants who
are on leaves of absence, furlough or who are retired
are not eligible. Family members of flight attendants
are not eligible. |

| Listing Procedures,
Boarding Priority and Charges
|
See the individual carrier’s
information - located via the link below for details on
the listing procedures specific to that carrier. For
carriers that don’t provide this information, please
check in at a ticket counter or with a gate agent.
There is no charge, but you may
be required to pay applicable taxes or fees depending on
the destination. |

| General Check-in
Policy
|
You must ask a ticket or gate
agent to be placed on the standby list for the cabin
jumpseat.
You must check in at the airport
ticket counter or departure gate a minimum of thirty
(30) minutes before scheduled departure of a domestic
flight and seventy-five (75) minutes before departure of
an international flight. You will also be required to
check in again at each stopover or connecting city.
Priority will be given to the
operating carrier’s own employees and NRSA passengers
(retirees, companion pass holders, ID90, etc.). Seats
will then be awarded to reciprocal cabin seat passengers
on a first come, first served basis. |

information, US Airways’ jumpseat dress code is in

| Cabin Jumpseat
Travel
|
|
US Airways flight attendants
traveling under the Reciprocal Cabin Seat agreement may
have access to the cabin jumpseat on certain carriers in
cases where all passenger seats are occupied. See the
chart below for a list of these carriers. When traveling
on the cabin jumpseat, be sure to introduce yourself to
the Captain and crew. |
Note: Flight attendants from other
carriers are restricted to passenger seats only on US
Airways-operated flights.
