Benefits Enrollment Closes in 10 Days

Annual Enrollment closes on Tuesday, November 26, 2013. You must complete your enrollment by 11:59 pm CT/9:59 pm PT on Tuesday, November 26, 2013, in order to make any changes for your 2014 benefits.

Please note: If you completed Annual Enrollment for your 2014 benefits between Monday, November 4, 2013, and Wednesday, November 6, 2013, we strongly recommend that you go back onto www.eBenefitsUS.com to ensure your benefit selections for next year have been confirmed in the system.

CLT/DCA/PHL Based Flight Attendants: If you are currently enrolled in a medical, dental or vision plan and do not make any changes during Annual Enrollment for these plans, you will remain in the same plans in 2014 with any new premium rates (if applicable) applied automatically.

PHX Based Flight Attendants: If you are currently enrolled in a medical, dental and/or vision plan, and do not go online to www.eBenefitsUS.com to enroll or make changes during Annual Enrollment, you will be defaulted automatically along with currently covered dependents as follows:

 
  • PPO 80 Medical Plan
    • MetLife Dental PPO Plan
      • No default for Voluntary Vision coverage. If you would like vision coverage for 2014, you must elect it.
      The online annual enrollment screens will show you which plans you will be defaulted into for 2014. It’s up to you to make any changes if you would like to elect an option other than the “default” coverage for 2014.

      ALL Flight Attendants: If you are currently participating in a Flexible Spending account, there is no auto enroll or default process. You must enroll every year into the Health Care FSA and/or the Dependent Care FSA.
