US Airways and TwinHill Issued the Following Alert:

If you have new, unaltered and unused garments from launch that you need to return or exchange for credit please do so as soon as possible. TwinHill will accept these returns until September 15, 2008 outside of their normal 30 day return policy. After this date returns must be initiated within 30 days of original shipment.

Please note the following:

• TwinHill garments cannot be returned to Men's Wearhouse
• Garments that have been used, laundered/dry-cleaned, worn or altered are not able to be returned.
• Please complete the correct TwinHill return form that was included in the original shipment and send with your garments. Forms may also be obtained through your base Crew Service Center.
• If you have a quality concern or questions about your garment please call TwinHill at 866.429.1026
• Freight costs for returns for size exchange or for garments you do not want are the responsibility of the employee whether for return or exchange.

Please be advised that all returns must be post-marked by September 15, 2008. Also, the TwinHill warehouse and customer service center in Houston, TX will be closed for the next few days due to hurricane Ike.
