Dear Members,

The AFA MEC Uniform Committee is asking that all flight attendants please fill out our uniform survey. This survey will be used by the Committee only. We want to use the information obtained in this survey in conjunction with the corporate survey that many of you took in July, to gather information as a follow-up. The committee thanks you for your time and valuable input that will help guide us for future additions and improvements.
