Online Uniform Survey - Please Participate

As most of you are aware, the new uniform program has encountered some problems.

As such, during a recent uniform steering committee meeting it was decided that a survey would be put out to better gage a more accurate number of flight attendants who have received their uniforms and those who have not and may still be missing items. The information compiled will assist the corporate members of the committee on selecting the new launch date.

We are asking that EVERYONE take a few moments and click on the link below and complete the survey. Even if you have received all of your uniform items and have had no problems please let us know that by taking this survey. It is important that we hear the good as well as the bad. The information received from this will help us compile needed information to better assess the flight attendant groups preparedness.
