In any subsequent
interviews or investigations AFA Air Safety, Health, and Security
representatives are trained to support our members in this process.
If there is any subsequent disciplinary action all areas of AFA can
join to assist any Grievance procedures.
The Company and the
FAA fully recognize the role of AFA in any critical incident and
will work with your representatives in the member's best interest.
AFA is strongly advising that it is in your best interest to always
notify AFA Air Safety, Health, and Security after you are involved
in any type of critical incident onboard the aircraft or while on
duty.
