Leaving a List versus ROC (Remain on Call)
Leaving a list - A reserve who leaves a list (i.e.,
#99999 B,C,A) or parameters for the type of pairing(s)
he/she desires ( i .e., most time, two day any three day in
by 1400, etc.) shall be considered "sign-in, will call", and
will be responsible for contacting Crew Schedule by nineteen
thirty (1930), or as soon as possible after completion of
his/her flying assignment, to sign-in for his/her pairing.
If none of his/her choices can be honored, he/she will
resume normal reserve duty upon completion of
his/her period of uninterrupted domicile rest.
Contract 11-5 line 30.
When a flight attendant leaves a list/parameters the list
will expire after 8+30 of uninterrupted domicile rest.
ROC - Remain On Call. This lets scheduling know that
you want to protect your OFF/INV/NFL day(s). ROC
alerts scheduling NOT to contact you for anything
that will not protect your OFF/NFL/INV day(s); ROC
will not expire. (Note: unless you are available
for more days than you ROC for.)
