Council 70 Flying Partners,
FYI: Friday evening the Company released a special bulletin announcing the following results for the IAM vote on their contracts.
All contract employee groups have now agreed to a THIRD round of concessions in order to give this management the relief they said they needed in order to compete and be successful.
The ATSB has agreed to again alter their original deal in order to give this management the relief they said they needed in order to compete and be successful.
General Electric has also agreed to once again alter their original deal in order to give this management the relief they said they needed in order to compete and be successful.
It must be a scary time in CCY (Crystal City) for this management. They have run out of excuses and the spot light is now on them to perform. Let's hope their talents extend beyond the ability to cast blame upon others or to make excuses for their failures.
At the very least, let's hope someone in CCY is smart enough to know their limitations and is willing to bring in some real talent so that management will be as competitive as we are within the different employee groups.
This management took us to the brink of extinction. "WE" the employees have done all we can to make sure OUR Company did not end up in the desert. The ATSB and GE have also done their part. The pointer is on management, they need to do their stuff...to go compete and be successful.
Mollie
