BLOCK TIME FOR DECEMBER 2009
The Secondary lines will be available on Monday and here’s how the December Block time comes out:

There are 1158 PRI positions
There are 238 SEC positions
There are 7 SEC LOD/O positions

This gives us a total of 1,403 positions and represents a decrease of 42 positions from December 2008, when there were 1,445 total positions in PHL.
