This is an alert to all flight attendants that have
been adversely affected by the cancellation of flights
involving the 757 E-Tops A/C #'s 203, 204, and 205.
The PHL LEC and MEC Safety Chairs have requested that
you contact them via their respective emails or the
PHL LEC Safety chair by phone.

If you are a flight
attendant please that HAS been adversely
affected by these aircraft, please make sure that you
have filled out a safety report, documented any
illness you have incurred and that you have marked the
illness box on the safety report.
It is vital that these incidents be documented and or
have been related via phone to the Safety Committee.
If the incidents are not documented the company deems
them NON-EXISTENT.
