| Login Instructions
In order to access theHub, you will need a User Name and Password. Each US Airways and US Airways Express employee, has had a User Name created for them. Please refer to the appropriate section below for information about your User Name and Password. You will be prompted to enter your User Name and Password immediately upon clicking any of the links on theHub home page. (http://thehub.usairways.com/index.htm) US Airways Employees and Retirees (U.S. or Canada Based) Your User Name is U + a six-digit employee number. Use leading zeroes with an employee number, if necessary (e.g. U012345). Your Password is the first five digits of your Social Security number. US Airways Employees (Internationally Based With a Social Security Number) Your User Name is U + a six-digit employee number. Use leading zeroes with an employee number, if necessary (e.g. U012345). Your Password is the first five digits of your Social Security number. US Airways Employees (Internationally Based Without a Social Security Number) Your User Name is U + a six-digit employee number. Use leading zeroes with an employee number, if necessary (e.g. U012345). Your Password is your birth date (DDMMYY). US Airways Express Employees Your User Name is a two-letter
carrier code followed by a six-digit employee number. Use leading
zeroes with an employee number, if necessary (e.g. AB012345). Your
Password is the first five digits of your Social Security number.
