PERMANENT DEFENSE FUND (PDF) BALLOT REMINDER

Please remember to cast your ballot concerning the Permanent
Defense Fund. If passed, there will be a $10.00 ANNUAL assessment commencing March 15, 2004. This amount will be added
to our current strike fund for the purpose of providing financial assistance to US Airways Flight Attendants who may IN
THE FUTURE be involved in legal, authorized strikes or other
work actions such as CHAOS. A simple majority of valid votes
cast will determine the outcome. PLEASE LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD
AND VOTE!
Voting instructions are included in the letter that was mailed
to your home. The website and phone number to vote are also
listed below in the reminders section.
If you have any questions concerning the ballot please call your
local office or reply to this e-line with your name and base and
your comments/questions will be forwarded to your local officer.
