The following CBS message has been sent to all flight attendants (East).  A similar message has been put out as a Must Read for West F/A's.

Date: Thursday, 20 September 2007 10:02 ET
To: Emc2-News-c
From: GUNSTEENS.T
Subject: F/A Call Disto Network changes

Please be advised that the Flight Attendant Call Distribution Network ((800) 327-0117) has been updated as of yesterday, September 19th. There are quite a few changes, so please listen closely to the prompts.

We split Vacations and Administration so that each one has it's own prompt. Administration prompts are completely different than they were previously and have been broken out into groups depending on the purpose of your call.

InFlight Policies and Procedures prompts have also changed substantially. The P&P line has 2 choices: Ask InFlight Hot Line and P&P Directory.

We have also added the PHX crew base to the prompt system. Now PHX and LAS crews may contact their InFlight Supervisors, Duty Coordinators, Duty Supervisors, Administrative Representatives, Product Specialists, Crew Service Center, and Base Managers as well as Administration and the Policies and Procedures group by using the same 800 number.

PHX and LAS crews will still need to contact Crew Scheduling as they have in the past at 800-685-4400 or local 480-693-2515.

We hope that these changes will make it easier to reach the person or group that you are trying to contact!

Thank you!

Thank you,
