NOTICE OF ELECTION

US Airways Master Executive Council
System Board of Adjustments
1 Permanent and 3 Alternates
Term 1/1/04 - 12/31/05
A. SCOPE
Members are to serve on the System Board of Adjustment
for the purpose of arbitrating any disputes or grievances,
which may arise under the terms of the Agreement between
US Airways and its Flight Attendants.
B. POLICY
1. There shall be two (2) members and five (5) alternates
elected to represent the Association.
2. System Board members shall be elected for a two
(2) year term of office or until their successors have
been duly elected. At least one Union member and Alternate
shall be elected each year so as to ensure, insofar
as possible, that both Union members will not at any
time both be new.
3. The System Board members will act in the best interest
of the membership and the Association and will be consistent
with the Agreement between the Flight Attendants and
US Airways.
4. The System Board members will be required to update
the System Board Index every six months.
5. System Board members shall assist in the development
and presentation of the yearly Grievance Chairperson's
Seminar.

All submissions must be received no later than October
13, 2003. Election will take place at the MEC Meeting
on October 26th at the Boston Park Plaza, Boston, MA.
