US AIRWAYS Master Executive Council

The USA AFA Master Executive Council Meeting will be held in
Phoenix, Az. on October 13, 14, and 15, 2007, prior to the annual AFA-CWA Board
of Director's Meeting scheduled for October 16, 17, and 18, 2007.
The location of both meetings:

meeting (s).
Master Executive Council elections for the following positions will take place
during the MEC meeting.

The term of office for all positions other than System Board
Members and Alternates are for three (3) years. System Board Members and
Alternates serve two year terms. As a result of the merger, the US Airways MEC
and the America West MEC will merge once a single agreement is ratified and
implemented. A new slate of MEC Officers, MEC Chairpersons and System Board
Members and Alternates will be elected to serve for a new three (3) year term at
that time.
