The following CBS message was recently posted:

Subject: Voluntary Separation Incentive Program II 2004

The postmarked deadline date for the VSIP II 2004 program has been extended. If you are interested in participating in the VSIP II 2004 and have not yet submitted your application, the Application and Release Form must be postmarked no later than September 14, 2004.
