PE39A and Crew Expense Report Forms

PE39A and Crew Expense Report Forms are now available at http://www.afausairways.org/EForms/crew.htm as well as the viewers needed for these forms.

Please note that Crew Planning & Administration is in the process of moving from PIT to PHX. The full transition will become effective Monday, November 3rd. The existing toll free numbers will remain in effect:
