BENEFITS ENROLLMENT DEADLINE

This year's annual benefits enrollment began on October 17, 2005 and ends October 30, 2005. ENROLLMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE THROUGH THE US AIRWAYS BENEFITS CENTER WEB SITE VIA A LINK ON THE HUB OR AT http://usairways.benefitcenter.com. There will be no telephone enrollment.

Annual enrollment is your only opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections for 2006, unless you experience a qualifying change in status event. If you are not making any benefit or dependent changes and you are not enrolling or re-enrolling in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2006, you do not need to take any action during this enrollment period. Your current elections (except FSA elections) will automatically renew on January 1, 2006 at the 2006 contribution rates.

Remember Sunday October30, 2005 is the deadline for changing your 2006 Benefits Program.
