Subject: Important Reserve Information
The new reserve time balancing system will commence on November
1, 2003. On October 31, 2003, Future Crew Scheduling will be
contacting and processing reserves under the new reserve
guidelines. All reserves are responsible for insuring their
understanding of this process.
* Reserve handbooks are now available in all crewrooms.
* The reserve handbook is posted on theHub.
* Crewroom support will be available to answer questions
regarding the new reserve process Monday, October 27th-Friday, October
31st.
