Benefits enrollment for 2009 is now open. You have until October 30,
2008 to complete your benefit choices for the 2009 calendar year. IF you
do not want to make any changes you do not need to do anything. To
enroll or change you benefits go to
www.eBenefitsUS.com.
Don't forget to check out the new vision plan provider to see if this is
an optional benefit you may wish to enroll in. Go to
www.openenriollment.superiorvision.com.

Do I get confirmation of changes?
You should print out an enrollment confirmation statement when you are
done making updates and changes - keep this for future reference and
review to make sure you have completed the enrollment process. No
confirmations are mailed out; you can print a confirmation statement at
anytime during the year. |
