MEC MEETING NOTICE

US AIRWAYS MASTER EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
October 26, 27, and 31, 2003

The US Airways Master Executive Council will conduct a regular meeting in Boston on October 26-27 and 31, 2003. All meetings of the US Airways Master Executive Council are open to members in good standing and all members are encouraged to attend. The annual Board Of Directors meeting will be held October 28-30, 2003, also in Boston.

Benefits Enrollment 2004

If you decide to make no changes for 2004, you don't have to do
anything during Open Enrollment with the exception of Flexible
Spending Accounts. You must enroll each year for FSA.

Enrollment will be via the US Airways BenefitCenter web site
only. Click on http://usairways.benefitcenter.com
You can also access the site through theHub.

Open enrollment ends October 31 at midnight EST and all changes
will take effect January 1, 2004.

Round 2 Vacation Bids Close October 31
Benefits Enrollment 2004 closes October 31


November Bidding Timeline:

Secondary Over Projection drops open October 14, close October 31
Reserve Lines Open October 17, close October 23
