Dear Members,

BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT DEADLINE

This year's annual benefits enrollment begins on October 16, 2006 and will continue through October 31, 2006. ENROLLMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE US AIWAYS BENEFITS CENTER WEB SITE VIA A LINK ON THE HUB at: http://thehub.usairways.com/benefits/benefitsus_2007.htm. The link will direct you to the BENEFITS US HOMEPAGE where all benefit information is available.

The direct link to the enrollment process is: https://www.ebenefitsus.com/uas/uas.do

In order to enter the enrollment process everyone will have to set up a Username and Password. Since we have a new vendor (UHC) everyone will have to create new Usernames and Passwords. You can do this by clicking on the "First Time User" button. From there, follow the steps as outlined.

There will be no telephone enrollment.

Annual enrollment is your only opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections for 2007, unless you experience a qualifying change in status event. If you are not making any benefit or dependent changes and you are not enrolling or re-enrolling in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for 2006, you do not need to take any action during this enrollment period. Your current elections (except FSA elections) will automatically renew on January 1, 2007 at the 2007 contribution rates, however due to the vendor change there may be a time lag in processing or an administrative glitch thus creating a potential problem with coverage.

THEREFORE, WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO GO THROUGH THE OPEN ENROLLMENT PROCESS. BY DOING THIS YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO VERIFY YOUR CURRENT ENROLLMENT INFORMATION IS CORRECT.

Remember Sunday October 31, 2006 is the deadline for changing OR enrolling for your 2007 Benefits Program.
