Dear Members,

HEALTH BENEFITS NETWORK PROVIDER UPDATE

Annual enrollment for your 2010 employee benefits is now open and will end on Friday, October 30th at 11:59pm ET/ 8:59 PT, online at https://www.eBenefitsUS.com. Participation is mandatory in order to fulfill two requirements: your employer is now required by law to collect dependent social security numbers, and the Company will only recognize beneficiary designations listed on the benefits website.

We have heard from a number of you who reside primarily in states where your network will be changed from BCBS to UHC. In discussions with the company they are unwilling to leave the network choice to the employees in 2010. Therefore, in order that your claims are processed in-network in 2010, you have two options: (1) forward a list of your medical providers to the Company to try to get them enrolled with the new insurance carrier; or, (2) designate a "Benefits Address" with the Company in a state where your preferred network will be in place in 2010. The Company allows you to have two addresses on file, one for Payroll and Residency purposes, and a second one for your Benefits. Your Benefits Address does not impact your state of residency for payroll taxes, but it does drive the insurance network. If this is the option you choose, please be sure to designate an address where you can pick up your new insurance ID cards as all benefits related paperwork will be sent to that address. This will also apply to those who benefit is changing from UHC to BCBS.

Instructions for designating a Benefits Address:

If you have previously activated your Wings account, use your normal password.
