Bankruptcy Update
The bankruptcy hearing continued Tuesday
in Alexandria, VA. The Court heard testimony from the Company and Labor.
AFA member Stephanie Mahoney, based in DCA, gave compelling testimony as
to the horrific effects a pay cut of 23% would have on her life. AFA's
case is not completed and will continue on Thursday, October 14 at 1:30.
At this time the Judge has not made any decisions on the interim relief
motions filed by the Company.
AFA would like to thank Flight Attendant
Mahoney and all others that volunteered to testify.

updated as soon as possible after Thursday's hearing.
