Dear Members,

BENEFITS UPDATE

Just a reminder that enrollment for 2010 benefits opens on Thursday, October 15, 2009 and closes on Friday, October 30, 2009.

You must go in to E-Benefits US to make sure your dependent's social security numbers are listed and well as a beneficiary on you life insurance or optional AD&D.

If you wish to participate in the Flexible Spending Program (FSA) you must go in each year to enroll and specify the amount of money you want placed into that account. Use the FSA Account Estimator to see how much you could save by taking advantage of this program. Please review any medication that you may use if you plan to participate. More information can be found at www.conexis.com.

Also, new this year is the medical expense estimator. Employees have the opportunity to look at medical expenses incurred over the past several years and decide which health insurance plan is best. As always, only you can decide which plan is best for you and your family.

Make sure that once you have completed your enrollment for 2010 that you review and print out a copy of your activities. Several people last year hit a wrong key, printed their copy but never reviewed it, and had to go through mountains of paperwork to get the information corrected.

Your printed copy serves as proof of what you wanted in your plan in the unlikely event that the computer hiccups and misses an item you have enrolled in.
