Subject: PE-39a is down on theHub

The Electronic flight attendant PE-39A and the pilot PE-39 are down due to a server error. This affects the EAST groups only. We are in the process of tracking the error down, but do not know when it will be fixed. As a result, PE-39a's and PE-39s are not able to be submitted electronically. This issue popped up earlier today and our techs have been working on it for several hours. The PE-80 is functioning normally, so that is not a problem.

If you are having a problem using the electronic form, we are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.

Also, as a reminder, you can fax a hard copy of the form over to Claims Admin. at 412-747-5525. This fax number is available 24 hours a day. If you are not able to find a paper PE-39 or PE-39a, you can fill out the form on theHub, print it, then fax it over to the Claims Admin. fax.
