Crew Accommodations Update / September 2004

SFO/L - relocation one property - relocation will continue until the 14th/October at the Foster City property.
ILM/S - relocation will continue
SAV/L - relocation will continue
PHL/S - relocation will continue

Crews will be notified via CBS.

The company has started legal proceedings against the above properties as these properties are still under contract.  Scheduled court date October 14, 2004.

ALB/L - contract expired 9/30/04, reprieve provided until October 15th.  A relocation property not available at this time.

DTW/S - termination notice served (60 day notice language option in Lease Agreement), relocation after 12/13/04.  A relocation property not available at this time.

In order to monitor these changes and the conditions flight attendants experience at properties, feedback via OF310 is imperative.  The most expeditious way in which to provide feedback is OF310 via AFA website or OF310 via the HUB.  Paper forms are available in each domicile but do not reach necessary parties for a minimum of 10 days.
