Please be advised that a CBS message is in your inbox regarding the company offering VPLOA (Voluntary leave of absence) for the bid month of JANUARY, 2006 in the following bases:

CLT, DCA, PHL, and PIT.

Any flight attendant interested in applying must submit a (VPLOA) Voluntary Personal Leave of Absence Request Form. All forms must be received by In-flight Administration no later than Tuesday, November 15, 2005. Please contact In-flight Administration if you have any questions.

All forms are located on the TheHub. http://thehub.usairways.com Click "Flight Crew Information" then "Inflight Service Home Page", Click "Forms and Publications" scroll down to VPLOA Form.
