AFA US Airways MEC E-Line for November 30, 2004

Negotiations Update 

The Negotiating Committee met with the Company last week in Crystal City. At those meetings, the Company gave AFA a discussion draft document. There was some movement on the part of the Company and the Negotiating Committee worked through this past weekend and on Sunday gave the Company a discussion document in response to the Company's.

At this point, we are waiting to hear back from the Company. In addition, AFA is working with our outside counsel in preparation of this weeks Section 1113(c) hearing in Bankruptcy Court.

As soon as additional information becomes available, we will update you.

Mourning a Loss 

It is with sadness that we report the death of furloughed US Airways Flight Attendant Warren T. Richardson III, 36 Warren lost his life aboard a charter flight that crashed on Sunday during take-off from the Montrose Regional Airport, outside of Denver, Colorado. Warren was active in AFA while a flight attendant here and he will be missed by all those who knew him. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.
