Meeting with CEO Dave Siegel

I met with Dave Siegel last Friday. The purpose of the meeting
was for Mr. Siegel to advise me that the Company is currently
working on its updated business plan for 2004. The new business
plan will address the Southwest entry into PHL. Management
indicated that they had anticipated this event but had believed
it would occur later on and not as early as Southwest has
announced. Mr. Siegel advised me that the Company just wanted to
keep the labor groups updated on what is going on. As any
additional developments occur, we will advise you via this
E-Line.

Perry Hayes
MEC President
