PIT DISPLACEMENTS FOR JANUARY

The Company's initial plan for the PIT domicile closure was to begin displacements in January in conjunction with the January reduction in PIT flying. The Company then decided to postpone the displacements until February and March. The flying in PIT for January was going to be reduced by almost half with no reduction in headcount.

After several days of discussions with AFA the Company has agreed to allow a limited number of displacements in January. The Company issued the following CBS tonight:

A further MEC Eline update will be issued tomorrow.

Subject: PIT Update January Displacements

During the final planning of the Pittsburgh displacement
timeline, we decided to displace flight attendants in February
and March, while at the same time offering VPLOA and some
possible out of base TDY assignments to Pittsburgh based flight
attendants in January.

We have recently heard from flight attendants in Pittsburgh that
some would like to displace in January to help offset staffing
overages in PIT. As a result the Company will allow 50 Pittsburgh
based flight attendants to displace in January 2008 on a voluntary
basis.

Recognizing the displacement bid is already distributed; please do
one of the following if you are interested in displacing in January:

1) If you have already submitted your displacement bid, simply
resubmit your bid form with a statement notifying us you'd
like to be considered for displacement in January or just fax
us a note requesting to displace in January (please include
your name and employee number).

2) If you have not already submitted, please follow the instructions
on the bid form. If interested in displacing in January, please
make a note on the form.

Please note: the January displacements will be awarded on a seniority
basis. It is possible we will be unable to accommodate all bids for a
January displacement. If that is the case, a flight attendant who is not
senior enough to hold the bid will be processed based on her/his bid for
February and March.

As a reminder, the displacement bid closes on Sunday, November 11, 2007.
