Negotiations Update - Latest Company Proposal

Dear Flight Attendants:
 
This is the latest proposal AFA received from the Company today.  AGAIN, THIS IS THE COMPANY'S PROPOSAL (see below).  The Negotiating Committee will prepare another counter proposal in response to this proposal.
 
It should be noted that AFA was advised by the Company today that the Company intends to seek a distress termination of our defined benefit (pension) plan.  AFA's Legal Counsel will address this issue when the Company seeks to terminate the plan.
 
As soon as additional information becomes available, we will update you via this e-line.
