Together We Fly Program Update

Please be aware that the ability to book travel on the "Together We Fly" program will end on Monday, May 31, 2004. If you intend to use these tickets, it is important to have your reservations made prior to the deadline. You may travel after the deadline, provided that advance reservations have been made. Also, as a reminder, reservations must be made 14 days in advance of your trip in "G" inventory. You must be an active employee to be eligible for this benefit. For other questions about the Together We Fly Program, reference "Together We Fly" Overview & Help on theHub.

FlightLine Internet Crew Access

Flightline Signup Phase 2

Flightline - Phase 2!

As previously announced, we have chosen Flightline as the replacement for CompuServe to provide remote access to CATCREW. The first implementation phase (which began April 20 for Pittsburgh-based crewmembers) was very successful and Flightline will be providing service to all bases starting on April 29.

Each of you should have received an instructional brochure in your personal mailbox. The brochure provides instructions on activating your account and downloading the free FlightCrew Connector software. If you are unable to pick up your brochure, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the Flightline website: www.FLiCA.Net ;
2. Click on the link to "Logon" (top left of the screen)
3. Click on the button for "First-Time User Account Activation"
4. Fill in your personal information and create your account
5. Download and install the "FlightCrew Connector" software from the website www.FLiCA.Net ;
6. Open the program and fill in the required fields on the Setup screen before attempting to connect

When you signup with Flightline, you have two options, both of which provide UNLIMITED access to US Airways CATCREW from home and portable access from almost any Internet connection. Flightline is offering a 30-day FREE subscription to allow you to use their products and services.

Option 1: Access to CATCREW (via FlightCrew Connector) using any Internet Service Provider (ISP)

* Cost: $9.95/month access fee
* Access is available using Cable, DSL, Satellite, Dial-up, etc.
* No CD required for this option - download software and signup at www.FLiCA.Net

Option 2: Access to CATCREW (via FlightCrew Connector) using Flightline as your ISP

* Cost: $19.95/month access fee ($10.00/month ISP fee, plus $9.95/month)
* Use over 850 local phone numbers throughout the US to dial in to CATCREW
* If you have Cable, DSL, or Satellite connections at home, this option allows you to use dial-up access while away from home.
* Use the Flightline Internet Service CD and the instructions distributed in the Crew room to signup for this service.

Two questions that have come up on several occasions are:

1. Will WinBid work with Flightline? A solution to allow CATS access for WinBid users will begin testing in the next several days.

2. Will Flightline work with Apple compatible computers? The current version of Flightline will not work with Apple computers. Flightline is currently working on a way to access CATCREW from any Internet connected PC regardless of operating system. This will allow any Java enabled browser to access the system including Macintosh. This software is in development and should be available in late summer.

For more details, drop by the Crew room, pick up a brochure, or call Flightline at 1-800-659-9859 or signup at www.FLiCA.Net
