Special Advisory Committee Meets with Company

The Special Advisory Committee appointed by MEC President Karen Lascoli met with the Company yesterday to hear more about the "Business/Restructuring Plan" and what specifically the Company wants from the flight attendant group. 

Today the MEC will hold a Special Meeting in Washington DC for a discussion, review, and consideration of the US Airways, Inc. proposed "Business Plan". This meeting is scheduled for at least two days. At the conclusion of their deliberations we will be able to issue an update.

Note: Meetings of the MEC are open to all members in good standing. Please realize, though, that this meeting could be closed should the MEC deem it necessary.
