Subject: Voice Response System - ETB

The Company has agreed to implement an ETB voice response system (VRS). To date, this functionality change has not been accomplished and an installation date has not been announced. Once the ETB VRS is operating a flight attendant may not call Crew Scheduling for awards related to the ETB unless VRS is unavailable due to technical problems. Additionally, the Agreement states that is the flight attendant's responsibility to confirm any trip changes as a result of a drop, pick up or trade.

Therefore, until the Company is able to implement the ETB VRS, a flight attendant who is unable to gain access to a computer will be permitted to call Crew Scheduling to verify an award. We will provide you with additional information as soon possible regarding the aforementioned installation date.
