Dear Members,

DISPLACEMENT INFORMATION UPDATE

As you know the Company is going to displace the most junior 125 Flight Attendants (80 Active and 45 Inactive) from the PIT Domicile effective June 1, 2006. As a result of the displacements there may be displacements out of CLT.

Senior Manager of Inflight Administration and Planning, Paul Kinsey, has sent a letter to the 125 most junior PIT Flight Attendants stating, "In order to reduce the significant surplus of Flight Attendants based in Pittsburgh and balance our crew base staffing, I regret to inform you that you will be displaced from Pittsburgh effective June 1, 2006."

Mr. Kinsey has also sent a letter to the 64 most junior CLT Flight Attendants (40 Active and 24 Inactive) stating, "Depending on the base selection of those more senior flight attendants being displaced from Pittsburgh, I regret to inform you that you might be displaced from Charlotte effective June 1, 2006."

The letters to both groups contain a Displacement Location Request Form. Both the PIT and CLT Flight Attendants who receive a displacement or possible displacement letter must complete the Displacement Request Form and return it by US Mail or Fax by Noon EDT on April 5. If you do not submit a request you will be assigned a domicile by the Company. Based on seniority those Flight Attendants being displaced from the PIT domicile will have the seniority to displace into any base. Based on seniority Flight Attendants possibly displaced from the CLT domicile will be allowed to displace into BOS, DCA, LGA or PHL.

We have received several calls from Flight Attendants wanting to know if they are within the most junior 125 PIT or 64 most junior CLT Flight Attendants. Each Local Council has a copy of the list and will be glad to assist you with that information. Privacy concerns prohibit posting the lists on our web site. We have also received calls from Flight Attendants who believe they should have received a displacement letter but have not. We have posted the PIT Displacement Letter, the CLT Possible Displacement Letter and the Displacement Location Request Forms below and on our website for your use.

You can also call the Company at 703-872-2885 for assistance.

Thank you,

The Master Executive Council
