PAYROLL PROBLEM

We have heard from several flight attendants who did not receive their February end-of-month paycheck. The only information we have received from the Company so far is that for some unknown reason, some payroll numbers were dropped from the system. AFA has asked Labor Relations to investigate and advise us what happened. Special checks and special direct deposits are being made for those employees who were not paid.

MIDATLANTIC TRAINING

Flight attendants began training for MidAtlantic on Monday, March 1, 2004. The training will include recurrent training on mainline equipment as well as equipment training on the EMB-170. AFA continues to negotiate with the Company and there are many issues that have not yet been resolved regarding MidAtlantic.
