REVISED APRIL SECONDARY LINE CLOSING DATE

The Company has issued the following CBS message:

Subject: Secondary Line CATS problem

Please be advised that due to a problem in CATS, any Secondary Line Bids entered before 8 PM on Friday, March 9, 2007 may have been deleted.

If you entered Secondary Line Bids any time between the bid opening, Wed. March 7th at 1800, and Friday March 9th at 2000, please go back and verify that your correct bids were reinstated. Some bids may have been lost, so it is VERY important that you check.

Due to this issue, we will be extending the bid closing by 2 additional days. The scheduled closing was March 12. The new closing date will be at 1800 on March 14th.

Over projection drops will begin March 16th because of this change to the bid closing date.

As the message states, please verify that your bids are in CATS prior to the new bid closing date of 1800 on March 14th.
