CREW ACCOMMODATIONS UPDATE
The 2nd Quarter Crew Accommodations Meeting was held on June 4th in PIT. Representatives from AFA, ALPA, Crew Support and Travel Services Purchasing were in attendance.
Discussions concerning communication, information sharing, timely responses, upcoming site inspections, clarification on contract language, contract renewal procedures, recent events/conditions in LAX (Redondo Beach property)), conditions in LAS (Casino property) as well as many other properties were on the agenda. We were unsuccessful in discussions concerning the 4th/extra flight attendant staying at same properties with core crews on same flight. AFA was informed it would be too expensive to change the current program that sets up the trips.
The following markets are scheduled for inspection:
SYR/L - June
EWR/L - July
RSW/L -July/August
MAN - July
FCO - September
ATL/L - November
The Committee continues to address with the company the large volume of OF310 forms concerning LAX (Redondo Beach property) and LAS (Casino property) and we look forward to resolutions that will satisfy all parties. Please continue to provide feedback via OF310 forms.
