Dear Members,

I have recently been informed by the Medical Benefits department that those Flight Attendants who are coming off of voluntary furlough and returned to the line on June 1, 2005, may need to re-enroll with the Benefits Dept. to commence with your benefits, if you missed the 2004 October  "Open Enrollment". The benefits Department states that a form was sent to you if you did not enroll during "Open Enrollment" last October. For those Flight Attendants who were active during the "Open Enrollment" or participated in the "Open enrollment" will have their benefits automatically reinstated. If you are unsure of your continuing medical insurance status, or did not receive the form in your packet regarding "Open Enrollment", please call the Company Benefits Department at 1-800-872-4780 and follow the prompts. If you still can not get in by giving  your Social Security number and "pin number" which is your date of birth, just hit prompt "0" and wait for the representative from Towers-Perrin to assist you.

You have 31 days to re-enroll from June 1.
