Dear Members, If there are any reserve Flight Attendants that have been charged for PER (personal emergency day (s)) and have records of that charge, please contact your local office (contact information HERE). The MEC has filed a grievance on the way the company is calculating the reduction in guarantee when a Flight Attendant asks for a "personal emergency". We believe that not only is the deduction incorrect, but we allege that there is an inconsistency on what one is deducted. Please submit a copy, with the pay amount circled. The more information we receive, the more evidence we can submit. Thank You, Your MEC Officers
