Dear Members, ETB Reserves/OFF Days The Company and AFA have agreed to enter into discussions concerning the use of the ETB by Reserve Flight Attendants (please see chart), and other related issues. Both the Company and AFA are participating in these discussions without prejudice to their respective positions on this or any other issue that may be impacted by these dicussions. Should the Company and AFA fail to reach agreement in these discussions, the proposals exchanged, whether written or oral, shall not be used as evidence in any subsequent hearing. The Reserve Processing goes into effect at 0700 Thursday, June 2, 2005. A chart showing how this process will take place is located at www.afausairways.org/Reserve/RSVProcessing.htm.
