FLICA JULY ETB OPENING DATE ERROR
On Sunday FLICA was showing the July ETB opening on June 23. This information
was incorrect and was corrected yesterday to note the opening date of June 22 at
1800. The ETB is required to open the day following the close of the Reserve
lines.
PAYROLL SERVICES NEW 800 NUMBER
The Company issued the following CBS message this morning:

US Airways Payroll department now has a new phone number. To reach payroll, call
them at 1-800-872-4780, option #3.
Other options available at this number are:
Option #1: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, Voluntary LTD,
Flexible Spending, New Hire Benefits Enrollment, and change to Benefits
Option #2: Retirement, FA Disability, Pilot Disability,
Non-contract Employee Short Term Disability, Met PAY, and Universal
Option #4: Employee Travel
