MEC MEETING UPDATE
PHW based Steve Capps was elected to the System Board as a permanent member. PHW based Deb McCormick was elected to the LTD Board as an alternate. Both terms run through the end of 2004 and were filled due to vacancies. Congratulations to both Steve and Deb.
Our financial analyst, Dan Akins, scheduled for Wednesday, has had to reschedule for Thursday. Mr. Akins has been meeting with the Company over the past two weeks and will present his findings to the MEC. As soon as information becomes available we will update you via this e-line, the hotline, and website.
