Crew Accommodations Committee Update
The OF310 Form is now available on THE HUB. Now crewmembers will have the convenience of accessing the form from a computer at work. Providing hotel/transportation feedback will be easier than ever. Each OF310 form submitted is distributed to the Travel Services Purchasing Department, AFA/MEC Crew Accommodations Committee Chair and the LEC Crew Accommodations Committee Representative of the base the crewmember designates on the form.
Go to the HUB, Click on - Flight Crew Information, Type in User ID and Password, Click on - Forms and Publications, Click on - Crew Hotel, Transportation, Meal Report Form - follow the instructions, fill out the form and submit
