MONTHLY VACATION REBID AND FILLER DAY BID REMINDER &
CHANGE TO SECONDARY LINE OPENING/CLOSING DATE

As a reminder, the closing date for monthly vacation re-bids and filler day bids has been moved up to the sixth of each month. This was done in order to make sure the bids were awarded by the tenth of each month, thus making the awards known prior to the closing of the Secondary Lines.

The July Calendar is as follows:

September Monthly Rebid OPEN - June 26 - CLOSE JULY 6 @ 1800 (EST)

August Filler Day Bids OPEN - June 26 - CLOSE JULY 6 @ 1800 (EST)


In addition, due last weeks CATCREW home use outage, the Secondary Line opening/closing window and augmentation and over projection drop dates have changed to the following:

August Secondary Lines OPEN - July 9 - CLOSE JULY 14@ 1800 (EST)

August Over Projection
drops OPEN - July 15

August Secondary Line
Augmentation OPEN - July 15
