If you are currently on VF1, VF2 or VF3 and you are scheduled to return in June, 2003, an extension form has been mailed to you or you may use the links provided below to submit your extension. If you choose to extend your voluntary leave you must return the form to In-Flight no later than March 3, 2003. If you are scheduled to return in December 2003 your extension form will be mailed in late July."
