This total includes all accrual, carry forward, filler and excess days that you be able to use for the 2005 year. Any vacation days that are not available for use in 2005 will be available for use in future

Flight attendants who have vacation scheduled from February through April may submit a request to drop that vacation and use it as part of a Vacation Rebid which will be announced in the near future.
This Drop Bid period will open immediately and close at 1800 EST on January 27, 2005. The bid results will be posted in CATS by 2359 on January 30th. The form for this bid may be found on the Inflight Services Home Page on theHub. Please read the directions carefully.
You may submit drop bid requests for any vacation scheduled in Feb, Mar., or April. Requests for any vacation outside these months will NOT be honored. Bid groups on the form will be process individually and are NOT alternate bids. The requests will be processed in Seniority order and will be based on availability of the dates to be dropped. If your drop request is honored, any trips that were dropped due to that vacation will NOT be reinstated into your line of flying. Your obligation however will remain unchanged.
Again, once the process is complete, you will need to check CATCREW option #15 to see if your Drop Bids were able to be honored.
Please submit your form on theHub as early as possible as late bid request will NOT be honored.
