CLARIFICATION TO THE 1/2/2009 ELINE REGARDING CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT

The changes that occurred in our contract effective January 1, 2009 were the result of changes negotiated during bankruptcy Contract dated January 10, 2005. The changes are not the result of the ongoing single agreement negotiations.

One of the changes involved the reinstatement of crew meals to Flight Attendants flying Non-Transoceanic International (NTI) segments. The Company was made aware of several stations that provided crew meals to the pilots, but not the Flight Attendants. The problem has been addressed and corrected. Flight Attendants are to be provided crew meals on any NTI segment that a pilot is provided a crew meal.

Please let your Local Council office know if you are not provided a crew meal and one is provided to the pilots.
