We, the undersigned members of the Ballot Certification Committee, hereby declare that the Ballot on the above subject was valid and tallied in accordance with the Association of Flight Attendants' Voting Procedures and applicable provisions of the Constitution and By-Laws.

I have read the letter from International President Patricia A. Friend dated December 17, 2004 along with the background information provided to me, and I vote as indicated on the tentative agreement between US Airways and the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA, AFL-CIO.
